Family-Owned & Operated
We are NOT a corporate chain. We are people who care about our work and reputation. We offer quality craftsmanship and manners to make every home a little more beautiful while keeping Austin extremely colorful. Since 2006, we have been working in just about every neighborhood in Austin. We love this city and are dedicated to giving you small family business service while providing expert knowledge and experience. 40 % of our work is cleaning up the messes of amateur painting companies. Don’t hire sloppy painters who work for a large company and only care about a paycheck. We are Austin’s original OG painters.

Our Team
Jeff London – Founder
Thanks to our Founder, Jeff London, hundreds of homeowners can take pride in the way their home looks inside and out. From the first time his dad told him to pick up a paint roller at age eight to his deep admiration for Bob Ross, starting a house paint company was almost inevitable for Jeff. His passion is evident in every project he completes! He truly believes that paint can work magic, which is why he’s on a mission to transform homes across Austin, one coat of paint at a time!
Breanna Rene – Owner
Breanna’s vision and skills have helped turn Jeff’s passion for painting into one of the highest-rated paint companies in Austin. She is always hard at work trying to find creative ways to grow the business and more efficiently meet the needs of Austin homeowners with residential painting services. If you’ve called Barton Springs Painting, you’ve probably had the privilege of speaking with her over the phone.
